This site presents the activity of Jumbo Tourisme: coach and minibus hire with driver for groups, in Belgium and in Europe. It lets you describe a trip to us and receive a quote. No service is sold or paid for online.

Use of the site is free of charge. Every service is subject to our terms and conditions, which are sent to you with the quote and which you accept by confirming it.

The information published on the site — vehicle capacities, equipment, response times, destinations — is given for guidance only. The assigned vehicle, its equipment and the price are specified in the quote, drawn up according to the size of the group, the journey, the dates and the luggage.

The quote is free and without obligation. It details what is included (vehicle, fuel, driver, insurance) and what may be added (tolls, parking, driver accommodation, local taxes).

Only the written confirmation of the order binds both parties.

The statements about our vehicles and drivers — Euro VI standard, average age of the touring fleet, driver training — are based on documents available on simple request: certificates of conformity and registration, maintenance and inspection schedule, training certificates.

In accordance with Belgian rules on environmental claims, we do not publish emission figures, comparisons with other modes of transport or claims of climate neutrality until they are established using a recognised method, such as the European CountEmissionsEU framework.

No company-specific environmental label or pictogram is used on this site.

All elements of the site — texts, photographs, layouts, graphic elements, logos — are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The names Jumbo Tourisme, Jumbo Travel, Jumbo Lines and Solingua and their logos are distinctive signs of the group.

You may view and print the pages for your personal use and quote a short extract, citing the source. The following remain subject to our prior written consent:

• reproducing our texts or photographs on another site or medium,
• using our visuals in a commercial or advertising context,
• automated extraction of the content, in whole or in part,
• using our names and logos,
• modifying, translating or adapting our content.

Linking to a page of the site does not require prior permission.

When you request a quote, we collect the data needed to answer it and organise the transport: identity, contact details, name of the organisation, trip details (places, dates, number of passengers) and, where relevant, information useful for the smooth running of the trip. They are used to draw up the quote, perform the service, meet our legal and accounting obligations and, if you have agreed, keep you informed about our services.

Quote requests submitted on this site are processed through the BeandBus platform (app.beandbus.com), published by Beand, which acts on our behalf as a processor: it records the request, forwards it to us alone and handles its follow-up. To send a request, you confirm your email address with a six-digit code; a BeandBus customer area is then created in your name, from which you follow our quote, write to us and accept it. Messages from the contact form reach us through the same platform. The BeandBus privacy policy applies to this processing.

The site also offers a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence, clearly identified as such. The messages you write to it are sent to our artificial intelligence provider, based outside the European Union, to generate the answers, and kept for 90 days to follow up on the service, then deleted automatically; you can delete the conversation at any time from the assistant. Do not share personal or sensitive data with it: for a quote, use the dedicated form.

They are shared only to the extent necessary: with the assigned driver, with a partner carrier in the event of subcontracting, with our insurer, our hosting provider, our processor BeandBus and the authorities where the law requires it. They are kept for the duration of the booking, then for the accounting retention period required by law.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

• access the data we hold about you and obtain a copy,
• have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected,
• request their deletion, except where retention is required by law,
• object to their processing or request that it be restricted,
• withdraw your consent to information mailings at any time.

To exercise these rights: info@jumbotourisme.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline third-party content that sets cookies. Your choice is kept for 180 days; you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer, or delete the cookies in your browser settings.

The site uses no audience measurement, no advertising network and no social media pixel, and its fonts are hosted on our own server. Here is what is stored on your device:

• necessary, without consent: the “jt_cc” cookie (your cookie choice, 180 days) and, in browser storage, “jt-lang” (chosen language) and “bbf-draft” (draft of your quote request); if you write to the virtual assistant, the “jtia_sid” cookie (your conversation, 90 days) and “jtia-ouvert” (assistant kept open from page to page);
• Driver shop, reserved for our staff: the WordPress and WooCommerce session cookies (login and basket);
• only with your consent: the Google Maps map on the Contact and The group pages, provided by Google, which sets its own cookies. Until you have accepted it, the map is not loaded.

The quote form and the customer area are provided by BeandBus (app.beandbus.com), whose privacy policy applies to the customer area.

We update the site carefully, but a clerical error or outdated information remains possible. The information published does not constitute a firm offer; only the quote confirmed in writing is binding.

Links to third-party sites are provided for your information; we have no control over their content. We cannot be held liable for a temporary interruption of the site or for damage related to its use, except in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

The site and this notice are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, we favour an amicable solution; consumers may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, Tournai division, have jurisdiction.
